The story of the upcoming movie is start with the footballer lorry along with their girlfriend get admission in the college in USA. But due insufficient money he is unable to fulfill their dream. The lorry is sad because their girlfriend leaving him.
Then their friend Ricky cheers him up by taking him to a party and tell him that he provides admission them in US college where his girlfriend gonna. But he say them they have need to smuggle some cociene packets with him in the college. At starting they refuse their their offer but then he finally agrees and gets cocaine sealed in his bags.
The story then enter the ACP Vishnu(Abhishek Bachan). His family dies in the car accident and job offered by chief minister of Goa. According to Goa Police Department, Goa is distributed in four parts in drug supply. One is Russian Drug Mafia. other is Nigerian, then England and the final one is the local people of Goa.
